- Nature of Coaching: You understand that coaching is a partnership and a creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is distinct from therapy, counseling, or consulting.
- Leadership Training: The training we provide uses the latest and innovative techniques that provide a high return on your investment.
- Coaching Certification: We train leaders to become trained coaches who are certified by the International Coaching Federation.
3. Payments and Fees
- Fees: Fees for services are due as set forth in your Agreement or at the point of purchase on our website.
- Late Payments: Invoices more than 30 days overdue may be subject to a late fee of 10% per month.
- Suspension of Service: We reserve the right to suspend coaching and training sessions or access to training materials if your account is in arrears.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
- Rescheduling: To reschedule a private session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and charged at the full rate.
- Refunds:
- Coaching Packages: Refunds for unused coaching packages are refundable after the first session has commenced with any unused sessions.
- Digital Products: Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable content and online courses are final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property All materials provided to you, including but not limited to worksheets, slides, methodologies, and recordings, are the proprietary intellectual property of True North Leadership Consultants.
- License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal or internal business use only.
- Prohibition: You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share our materials with third parties without our express written consent.
6. Client Responsibility and Disclaimer of Guarantees
- No Guarantees: You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., income increase, promotion, weight loss). Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and unique circumstances.
- Not Professional Advice: Our services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for seeking independent professional guidance in these areas if needed.
7. Confidentiality We respect your privacy. We will keep all information shared during coaching sessions strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
- Group Programs: If you participate in group coaching, you agree to keep the personal information and discussions of other participants confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, Columbia County.
